The lesson videos will be uploaded to the reserved User Area and accessible via login.
Your personal access credentials will be provided at the same time as the course activation.
The printed support materials will be sent by mail before activation:

The online videos are available exclusively in on-demand mode with an internet connection.
Some teaching materials such as in-depth content and exercises may be uploaded by the instructors and downloaded by the student from the reserved Area.
All online materials will be available for consultation without time limits.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the training course you purchased, let us know within 15 days from the activation of your “reserved User Area”.
We will refund 100% of the amount paid.
In case of a refund request, the return of all teaching materials in intact condition will be required.
ZEPHIR will arrange the courier pickup, agreeing on availability with the user.
The refund will be issued only once the teaching materials have been returned.
In case of non-return or return of damaged materials, up to €150 (economic value of the manuals) will be retained from the enrollment fee.
To participate in the CPHD Course Module 3 PHPP/PHPP&DesignPH Course and to be able to take the CPHD Exam, it is necessary to have the most recent version of the PHPP software
