The CPHD Course is now available online on demand!
Once you have purchased the course, the lecture videos will be uploaded to the secure User Area and can be accessed by logging in.
Your personal login details will be provided when the course is activated.
The printed support materials will be sent by post prior to activation:
- 1 handbook for the Building Services Course;
- 2 handbooks for the Building Envelope Course;
- 1 handbook for the PHPP & DesignPH Course
and, in addition, if you have already taken the ACPH or CPHT course, you will also receive:
- 1 copy of the book ‘PASSIVHAUS’!
The online videos are available exclusively on-demand via an internet connection.
Some teaching materials, such as in-depth resources and exercises, may be uploaded by the tutors and downloaded by students from the Members’ Area.
All online materials will be available for consultation with no time limit.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the training course you have purchased, please let us know within 15 days of your “Restricted User Area” being activated.
We will refund 100% of the fee paid.
In the event of a refund request, all printed materials must be returned in their entirety, including the PASSIVHAUS book.
ZEPHIR will arrange for the collection by courier, coordinating the timing with the participant.
The refund will be issued only once the course materials have been returned.
In the event of failure to return the materials or if they are returned in a damaged condition, up to €500 (the cost of the manuals) will be deducted from the registration fee.
To participate in the CPHD Module 3 PHPP Course/PHPP&DesignPH Course and to sit the CPHD Exam, you must have the latest version of the PHPP software.
