Passivhaus Book

The major new release is the publication of the new volume “Passivhaus” by Francesco Nesi, in collaboration with professionals Arch. Alice Rosini, Eng. Ileana Iannone, Eng. Michele De Beni. The publication, released by Maggioli, fills a gap that has persisted in Italy for years on the topic of Passivhaus: apart from attending specialized training courses, designers have had no other technical tools available to consciously approach this type of design.
Starting from a technical and historical-regulatory perspective, it is possible to explore in depth the intricacies of building physics within the Passivhaus standard.
The underlying message of the book, and more generally of Passivhaus, is that of a universal and international protocol that combines three fundamental concepts: living comfort, economic convenience, and design simplicity.
